In this episode, Dan and Lauren are joined by New Directions for Student Leadership special issue co-editors Dr. Lindsay J. Hastings, Clifton Professor of Mentoring Research at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Dr. David M. Rosch, Associate Professor of Agricultural Leadership at the University of Illinois. Hastings and Rosch recently edited NDSL issue #175, released in the Fall of 2022, and titled “Research and Assessment Methods for Leadership Development and Practice.” The group discusses measuring outcomes of leadership programs and contributing to the broader scholarship in leadership education.
