She is one of four honorees this year as part of the ILA's Leadership Legacy Program, which honors individuals who have made a significant lifetime contribution to the field of leadership through their published works and influential support of leadership knowledge and practice. In addition, Susan shares her contributions to the ILA community, including her service on the board, past presentations, and personal and professional highlights from this year's conference.
