She highlights her path to studying and teaching leadership and followership in Islamabad, including how her husband encouraged her to pursue leadership studies in her early 30s. We hear about Richard Daft's book The Leadership Experience and an assignment that led her to Ira Chaleff's resources and sparked her passion for followership. Ghias is a lecturer in Leadership and Management at the National Defense University and a Management Science doctoral student at NUML-University.
